Ottawa – July 25, 2022 – Another victory has been achieved through UFCW’s advocacy for drivers and delivery people on the Uber platform, this time involving an Uber Eats courier who was deactivated without being able to explain his side of the story.
Calgary – July 5, 2022 – Uber drivers can now access UFCW Canada representation from the Calgary Greenlight Hub, where representatives have been on-site to assist with reactivations and other concerns that workers experience with the app-based company.
Mississauga, Ont. – June 7, 2022 – Drivers continue to count on UFCW Canada advocacy to get them results in disputes with the ride-hailing company Uber after signing a historic national agreement to bring representation to drivers on the platform.
